Main Villa (Sleeps 12)

Ground Floor:

•Entrance Hall: Spacious living and dining room (seating for 24), with ocean views, a fireplace, French doors leading to a panoramic terrace, two sofas, and SKY TV.

•Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), fireplace, and access to a furnished terrace.

•Bedroom 2: Double bed (134.5 cm x 190.5 cm), with terrace access.

•Shared Bathroom: Full bathroom shared between Bedrooms 1 and 2.

•Steps lead to a fully equipped professional kitchen, pantry, and a guest bathroom.

Second Floor:

•Relaxation Room: Features a billiards table, sofa, and ocean views.

•Bedroom 3: King-size bed (193 cm x 203.5 cm), ocean views, private oceanfront terrace, large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, and an adjoining dressing room.

•Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, offering ocean views from both the bedroom and bathroom.

•Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), terrace access. A newly added full bathroom is directly across the hall.

Loft Area (Steps Above First Floor):

•Bedroom 6: Spacious loft with a queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), two sofas (convertible to double beds, 134.5 cm x 190.5 cm). Includes an en suite bathroom with shower. The loft accommodates up to six guests, ideal for teenagers, children, or an adult couple (without using the sofa beds).

Pool House (Sleeps 2–4)

Located on the lower pool level:

•Bedroom 7: King-size bed (193 cm x 203.5 cm) with sea views. En suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Includes a sofa (convertible into a double bed, 134.5 cm x 190.5 cm).

Tower Suite (Sleeps 2)

Located outside the main villa:

•Bedroom 8: Queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), with a fireplace and sofa seating. The bathroom is on the lower level, accessible via a spiral staircase.

Beach House (Sleeps 2)

Located 170 steps from the pool area:

•Bedroom 9: Double bed (134.5 cm x 190.5 cm), en suite bathroom with shower and tub (newly renovated). Includes a private terrace, breakfast kitchen, and a private ocean-view terrace.
