BOOKING : A deposit of 50% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 60 days prior to check-in date If the booking takes place 60 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance. A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental. The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation.
